I have raloxifene on the shelf incase of gyno forming

250 iu of hcg twice a week

1200 mgs of NAC daily split into 600 mg at night and 600 mg in morning

I'm not getting blood work because I'm not a pussy and can't eather way so I'm utilizing a digital blood pressure scale, and a finger prick glucose meter


My copes: 4-5 liter of water a day, and cardio
