fuck i needa lock in with my diet ive been going to the gym for a few months now (twink)

does any1 have tips on how to improve my physique other than consistency and test

diet and consistency and train close to failure
no reason for test when still dyel
 
You have no muscles, so you can’t complain about having no abs even at low bf. Eat more.
