Basically js told me pretty simple fixes, some ppl told me how to fully debloat because I used to struggle for months but managed to debloat in a month with this guys method (im not going into it its long), ppl gave me tips on how to gym max for my body, still got to ascend but a big one has been topical minoxidil on my eyebrows whilst also using a lash serum on them and on my lashes. the topical minoxidil hasnt come into full affect yet but defintley seen growth, idk if this is due to my good diet atm or if its due to the lash serum and topical minoxidil combination. caught a slight tan and use tinted sunscreen, alot of this stuff is surface level looksmaxxing but alot of people pointed me into the right direction and gave tips when i needed.
