Potentially correct, part of the consultation is to diagnose whether lower bleph would suit better, or if fat grafting to add volume to under eyes are better idea.

And potentially I might need upper bleph as I have hooding

lip lift has very low roi. although soft tissue surgeries mog due to how great their risk-reward & cost-reward ratios are (provided its addressing a failo). look into grafts at other parts of the skull u may need.

its a structural problem of the patients skull. a surgeon will clarify the individual issue. that guy will look like a troon bc of that. elderly people have far saggier skin. the scarring is obvious too.
