First teeth whitening treatments results

Here’s everything I used, hydrogen peroxide gel (40%), gingival barrier gel, curing light

The blue tube is remineralizing gel which helps make the teeth hurt less after but I didn’t feel anything (I’ve even had to use those with low grade whitening strips)

Top teeth I treated and are super super white now, bottom I left alone so you can see the difference, I’ll do those tonight

Results are ok for the time it took. I would like them to be a lot whiter so I might do it another 4 or 5 times throughout the week

you did that shit yourself? I want to withen my tweth again and I paid like 500 for my last session but the light wasnt properly aligned on my teeth and they didnt want to do an immediate corrective session like bitch if you say the lamp or whatever is important and you didnt put it on correctly why cant we do an immediate correction so I thought thats what ((((the)))) low key want - more money so I wanna do it myself too

Idk it doesn’t look as white depending on the lighting I still see whiter teeth daily… anyways here’s what I did

What u need is 40% hydrogen peroxide gel, remineralization gel, gingival barrier gel, dental grade curing light, mouth openers

Then put the barrier gel on the spot where your gums meet teeth, and use the light to harden it. This makes sure no hydrogen peroxide will touch the gums (if it does it will hurt like hell and leave the gums white for days)

Then squeeze some HP gel into eat tooth and rub out with finger to make sure there is full coverage, wait 30 min then wipe off with some paper towels and put on remineralization gel if your teeth hurt alot

Also remember the hydrogen peroxide must be stored in a fridge

Yea I’ve seen people go do it professionally and it looks good, my goal is to get to that level but this looks no where near as white as they get it… also I spent less than 200 on all this stuff (mainly the light being 100) and have enough for a year… the gels are hella cheap
