First Test Cycle, plz helppp

Hello, I'm starting my first test cycle
I'm going to be using Bayer's 250 mg Testoviron Depot. From what I understand, this is a mild dose for beginners with not severe side effects, but I want to minimize them anyway. Any pharmacological advice or things to keep in mind before I hop on as I'm kind of new to the matter, any help is appreciated.
 
My advice don’t do it just natty max you can eat high protein food do legs days to improve test and semen retention

based on what just say you cant control yourself
I do both of those. But just because they make me feel better mentally. They do not increase testosterone at a level that will boost muscle growth noticeably at all. Especially nothing compared to actually pinning.
 
250 wont do shit for u. 500 is mild in terms of sides very mild even so start on that.
