It was disgusting I thought it will taste like chocolate but it taste like iron

As I’ve explained so many times, this is a myth.

Heat denatures protein structures to improve digestion and amino acid bioavailability as well as a shit ton of micro nutrients that your body would not have absorbed as well.

There are studies and evidence providing you guys with this information, hell even chatgpt would definitely agree with this.

Yet you continue torturing yourselves with the same methods that were the reason why we didn’t begin to see any brain expansion until we discovered that cooking our food was much more beneficial for us.

The only time cooking does improve bioavailbility is for vegetables, and for meats it destroys the nutrition content. I mean it's established heat sensitive nutrients and water soluble nutrients are lost during cooking
No other animal on earth cooks their food and they rarely become ill. Why is it that the sickest species on earth is an exception?

I don’t really see why you guys try so hard to be different when this has evolutionarily been documented as beneficial by killing off pathogens (muh it lives in your gut), softening the food for our smaller guts, and lowering fertility issues. Genuinely gotta stop coping as if this is some superior method when all you guys do this for is the novelty of being different in a modern society of comfort :feelshaha:

Raw meat simply has no proven edge to humans over cooked meat which on the other hand does have evidence and historical consistency. Show me any raw meat studies that beats cooked when accounting for energy, absorption, or safety, literally anything.

Until then this conversation full of goalpost shift coping will not be moving forward.

How is my second point contradictory? Raw meat is pretty soft, especially compared to cooked meat and vegetables
