Is this good? I just need to figure out an exercise for each muscle group. I'm a bit scared to go to the gym because of ND ramblings in my head. But I need to do it anyways.

pretty decent but as a beginner i wouldnt bother doing both a quad compound and a quad iso. same with hamstrings. also why do you train abductors?

first of noone in the gym gives a fuck about u and im nd myself
full body 3 times a week is scientifically optimal
u have to watch ur volume
no more than 2 sets on an exercise ever
first set brings the most growth by far
u dont have to do to much volume
u can only recover max 1-12 sets per week

u shouldnt do rir as a beginner u can recover more and beginners tend to not go to failure anyways so when u do rir u will do to less

Won't doing quad iso on top of quad compound -> Build Mind-Muscle Connection
Also quad iso can allow me to add extra training while avoiding the systematic fatigue that comes from doing another set of squats (much more taxing)

Abductors because they may need extra attention? I have really weak abductors

systematic fatigue isn't a real thing it's made up by doctor mike u already have a lot of sets but if you are willing to do all those sets beginners can recover from more so go for it

Yea i wouldn't bother with RIR as a beginner either, beginners literally are less capable of reaching failure and the only way to unlock is by continuously going to failure

Uh what? I don't think I will progress fast enough to the point were I would need to do an upper/lower split
Some of the worst advice i’ve ever heard jfl

Fb 3x a week (maybe even 4) will optimise gains

You’re a beginner your recovery is relatively faster than a intermediate , also fatigue can limit your strength gain and you can’t properly focus on a particular muscle

no too high fatigue
