First time hgh advice

I’m trynna get on hgh and km thinking 6ius daily atleast for like 6-8 months, is it a serious enough of a dosage to have to take some things to mitigate sides I was thinking of getting eplerenone for the bloat and some berberine for the insulin resistance and maybe an ai so I can grow for longer. But I’ve heard using too much ai is extremely bad so idk

Check you est with bloods if you wanna use an ai, you dont need berberine just pin when you arent eating for the insulin resistance. Its honestly not a big issue on 6iu.
You will be bloated but its worth it
