Bought some peptides online verified and it was GHK cu and NAD+ the lady said take GHK every day 10 units with the insulin needle. And the NAD+ only Monday to Friday the bottle is 100 mg and she said it could last me 3 weeks to a month and The NAD+ of 500 mg could last 2 months or more both peptides came with reconstiution Bac water and alcohol wipes and a bunch of needles Im new to this and want to know how to take them since I dont know what the little rocks and blue sand in the vile are and what thier purpose is its more first time on these so im here asking for recomondations on whats the best time to take them how many times a day when i rest and if being also on addys will affect this and most importantly where to inject them.
