First time on pregab

Tried pregab today, also had 2 beers with it. Shit was actually quite disappointing, felt low inhib and happy for like an hour and now i’m just kinda tired. Any tips?

Add caffeine and don’t combine it with Alk this combination sedates me extremely at least

Bei mir hat immer erst so nach 3-4 h gewirkt aber dann so 6-8 h lang
