So I've decided to order Retatrutide which seemed like a holy grail for fat loss based on what I've seen online. I believe i ordered a tiny dose, a vial of 6mg. I'm buying it from my friend who said that it's already imbued with bac water.
I need advice on stuff like:
1. how i should structure the doses
2. how to stay safe
3. should i also go into an aggressive cut for max results? (with high protein ofc)
4. does it rlly need to be kept at 2-8 degrees celcius?
YES im grey stfu i know, i just need answers :feelswhy: please be patient and help a fatass out

You don't know when it was mixed or how it was handled. Check it's completely clear with no particulates before using it.

For dosing, start at 1mg weekly and see how your body handles it. With only 6mg you've got maybe 6 to 12 doses at the low end, so don't waste early ones pushing the dose up too fast.

Don't do an aggressive cut on top of it. The drug suppresses appetite hard enough to create a deficit on its own. Just hit your protein (2g/kg minimum), keep training, and let it do its job. Stacking a hard cut on top accelerates muscle loss.

Main safety things to watch: nausea and GI issues are normal especially early, just eat smaller meals. If you get severe abdominal pain radiating to your back, stop and get seen. That's the pancreatitis warning sign.

And yes, keep it at 2 to 8°C in the fridge. Don't freeze it, don't leave it out. Pre-mixed it's more time-sensitive than a dry vial would be.

thanks dude. also, since t
