Okay finally got round to it and pinned my ass for the first time this morning. So heres how it went.
Ate a meal first so I didnt feel lightheaded or anything. Then went up stairs and got out the supplies. 1ml Luer Lock syringe, 21gauge 1inch Luer Lock needle for drawing, 25gauge 1inch Luer Lock needle for injecting, 2 x 70% Alcohol wipes, ice pack and SSA 250mg/ml Testosterone Enanthate.
Started by stripping naked but you can leave your boxers on, washing my hands and locking the bathroom door. Then uncapped the vial and unwrapped the syringe and 21G needle and wiped the top of the vial with 1 of the wipes. Twist locked the 21G onto the syringe and filled it with 0.4ml of air before plunging it into the rubber stopper.
Personally starting with 200mg/week for 2 weeks split across Monday, Thursday to start then bumping up to 250mg/week and seeing how that goes. Not taking any other drugs either like Aromasin yet as trying to gauge the best dose for me and dont want to nuke estrogen.
So with 0.4ml in the syringe I plunged the needle into the vial and pushed all the air out. Then pick up the vial and turn upside down so tip of needle is fully covered by the oil and then slowly draw out just beyond your dose -for me it was roughly 0.5ml pulled out- and push back until youre at your dose -0.4ml for me- so to avoid air bubbles.
Then turn the vial up right and take out the needle. Once your dosage is in the barrel slighly pull it back even further to pull any test out of the needle head -probably at roughly 0.5ml again- so its not wasted when swapping needle heads.
I swapped the 21G for the 25G or swapped the green for the orange as its colour coded. Holding the syringe upright now flick the barrel so theres no air bubbles in the top of the syringe and slightly push down the syringe to push out the air bubbles -should be at 0.4ml with no air in the syringe now-
Cap the needle and get the second alcohol wipe and wipe the injection site. I did left ventroglute which to be honest I had no idea where was but its just between your hip (pelvic) bone and thigh (femur bone) on the side of your ass. You could also use an icepack on the site before wiping for injection but I forgot about that and barely iced it and it didn't hurt at all. So now uncap the needle and pull the skin upwards with your other hand and inject the needle in perpendicular to your skin straight in.
Then I drew back slightly about 0.1ml to see if there was any blood. There wasn't so I slowly but firmly pressed down on the plunger and the test was in. Then I pulled the needle out and wiped the injection site again with the same wipe I used pre injection and capped the needle and twisted it off.
Then put my clothes back on and put all my rubbish in my gym bag so parents wouldn't see and that was that
In terms of how it felt it wasnt at all painful putting the needle in. None of it was painful it was just the funny feeling in my left ass that last for 5 minutes. Honestly couldnt stop laughing after my injection. Clearly was pretty hilarious to me that I just stuck a needle in my ass.
