Bought a whole chicken from whole foods. I butchered it into the 8 parts and then popped into oven and gonna try raw, slightly cooked, and then more or less the standard for a cooked chicken.

Excited! 🙂

Update: when it was cold I couldn’t taste much but they were little pieces but I cut a decent chunk and when I was eating it raw at first I was wincing but it tasted great

Tasted literally like salmon but not fishy or like the ocean but it was somewhat savory but not like salty either. Really good; dont have to force myself to eat it unlike beef. This is vegetarian fed too so I especially thought it would be bad but nah really good.

Seems about done ngl. Doesn’t taste bad at all. I think in total about 20-25 mins I wasnt really keeping check but i dont see a reason to cook it more it’s hot and taste good.

Looks like “white people” chicken and like seeing videos on like white people boiling chicken and it’s so white but that’s just ashkenazi brainwashing as long as it’s aight.

Didnt add seasonings either. Would recommend.
