Just smoked for the first time.I got a cigarillo,tried lighting it with a match,Then started smoking it,best experience of my life,I felt like how a partynextdoor song sounds like.Then after I was done the weirdest shit started happening,I started getting red dots all over me,my heart was beating super fast,and I noticed some random bleeding for no reason.Looked this up,says alot of these are signs of Leukemia,but like how tf can I get Leukemia from 1 Cigarillo.I'm gonna get myself checked,pray for me
