It’s a high amount bro. Don’t use 11mg first time try something low like 3mg outside of school first get a good flavor as well.

put it in your top lip and get a cup and spit in it, only allow nicotine to absorbe thru ur gums because if you swallow the spit it's probably gonna be too much.
