started off strong with 2mg since im a fat fuck who eats out of boredom

didnt feel shit for the first 3 days, then holy shit today was life changing

i was eating a pizza with my friends and i legit couldnt eat anymore after a quarter of the pizza
usually i would be able to eat the entire thing easily and have something after

i have eaten like ~800cal today total (maintenance is ~2500cal) and i feel so fucking full. i dont even want to eat anymore, usually i eat out of boredom but food just seems lame and useless

ZERO side effects so far aside from me not being thirsty in the slightest so i didnt drink water today and and dont want to so i have a headache, but this shit is genuinely a miracle

im fairly lean but i can still eat a large deep dish pizza + more if i wanted to, so im hoping it works for me too

if it works for me whose fat because i cant stop stuffing my face because im bored and it made me eat about a third of what i usually do because i physically couldnt eat more and somehow mentally didnt want to it WILL work for you
