fish oil for omega 3
and multivitamin with some electrolytes and folate 5-mthf
also electrolyte supplement if you do low-carb, keto or fast (or all)
and whey protein if you build muscles

also red meat doesn't provide all you need, liver provides a lot but not all,
plus liver tastes like pure shit

I just cut up like 1/4lb of liver and swallow it raw with water, dont even taste it that way

been doing it like once or twice a week for the last year, never had any problems

there are people whove lived on beef only for 10+ years with no deficiencies, not saying its optimal but if you eat meat+organs+fish you get every micronutrient you need in its most bioavailable form
