Kettlebell Swing + Pushups
Kettlebell Swings train the entire posterior chain, they hit the quads.
Pushups Train everything the Kettlebell Swing doesn't hit.
Neck is trained by training intensely.
I do use Pullups as well and some Grip Exercises, but to be honest, it's not needed for fitness.
You can do kettlebell swings and pushups each day for good results.
If you want a huge upper back as a bonus, you can do Upright Rows with your Kettlebell.
