Fitnesscels, tommorow Im starting diet - whats your advice?

Current weight 67 kg (cant weight because corona meme - estimation), I'm slim, but far away from "ripped" aka model look

Plan: Gonna eat 2200 kcal at the start (suppose its -200 deficit) and after first 3 weeks gonna go back to 2500-2600 (maintenance) then 2 weeks diet, 1 week maintenance until the end

Main goals: lose weight AND NOT lose sex drive (last time I lost it and eager to looksmax etc)

Whats your advice? anything else I should pay attention to

Yes. Make sure to eat enough fat.

Holy fuck OP what the fuck are you doing? You are going to drop your cals by 200 and then without tracking progress you are going to bump them up for absolutely no reason? JFL


Diet is really simple. Do not under any circumstance eat processed food, or any food you don't make yourself. Cut all sugar, and cut out soft drinks (0 calorie stuff is okay). Maintain a high protein diet, and cut your calories slowly. Lose an average of two pounds a week until you hit your goal. If you plateu, run a little more, and eat a little less for the next week, then reevaluate.

Once you do that while training your fucking ass off with Calisthenics and running. You will look really good within three months.
 
Eat eggs for hair and carrots for skin

Just water and cellulose pellets. Cellulose can't be digested. So you will feel full but will just pass it straight out without absorbing anything. You'll probably want to supplement with vitamins.

-200 kcal will not be enough...

go for -400. This will not effect your sex drive. Especially if you are just cutting for several weeks.
Instead of switching to maintenance every 3 weeks I would work with cheat/refeed days once a week.

I would recommend intermittent fasting, just do not eat anything until lunch time.

And do not worry about counting calories exactly, 100 up or 100 down does not matter.

Also, I would go for 500kcal deficit, then you can do a 1 week refeed every month to keep sex drive.
