Fix antegonial notch

How Can i rix my jaw. I have seen that antegoniao itch can be caused by poor horizontal development of the maxilla but that does not seem to be my case here. Do you have any solutions? Im 15yo ( chewing and mewing over 6 mouth and i wearing orthodontie advice )

this is a major defect before the mandible is not stretched and has an ilocat of mandibular length and gonial angle. I think what you would like is a pasculin and long ramus and not an antegoniak reed
