Its not horrible, you've already got almond shaped eyes with slight UEE and a neutral tilt so its not like you're having to fight a losing battle just to be normal. Honestly you'd likely benefit alot from simple softmaxxes like Volufline on your undereyes, Latisse on your eyebrows and lashes, and then maybe dying your eyebrows a slightly darker shade.
