How can i get rid of my eyebags?

They are most likely caused by recessed infraorbitals, if that's the case the you would have to get infraorbital rim implants or fat grafts which are cheaper. To mask it you could use certain serums that lighten the skin or you can use concealer.

If they are not caused by recessed infras wich they propably are then I would recommend you just stick to the basics. Clean Diet, less than 3 hours screen time, sun exposure in the morning for circadian rythm....
