I'd recommend canthoplasty, but there isn't much you can do; the eye area is largely genetic.

Volufiline on the right eye, small amount and you should make it close to even(eyelids). If you do it wrong you'll just bring more asymmetry though.

That’s what I was thinking, maybe just a bit in the top corner near that extra fold everyday
