fix fhwr

I'm 18 this summer, I have money saved up for cosmetic surgery, otoplasty, and marpe (as I understand the palate expander won't help me) a week ago I started going to the gym (182/52) and will I start taking care of my skin soon,do I need to fix my fwhr lip lift and extension? I have a narrow palate, the orthodontists told me so, and I plan to inject fillers, but I'm not sure yet I attached a photo that seemed to be without fraud.

your head seems narrow, but it might be lens distortion. Thats why your "fwhr" is bad. Looksmax based off of measurements, not ratios. Your bizygomatic width should be 140-143mm. Your philtrum should be 14mm.

get your IPD measured by an eye doctror and then scale it to everything else on your face with a photo with no lens distortion
