if ur long midface is caused by a long nose, could u get a rhinoplasty to uplift ur tip then a lip lift?

you might not even need rhino. if your nose is slightly hooked, u can get fillers (like radiese) to lift the tip

Yes, but if you have short philtrum and truly long nose- not because of tip but your nasal base is really low like this

While yes shortening midface is cope but if its caused by recession, bimax with ccw + a good lower third volume ascension (chin wing or implants).. will pretty much save you.

The only real failio is a short ipd + long midface i.e. horsecel/babooncel.... THEN ITS BEYONDDD OVER

my ipd is 64mm and height of midface is 70, isnt my ipd considered normal?
