fix for short mandible and high gonial angle?

posting this here again as no one replied to my previous one. my bone structure is kinda like this my maxilla is quite forwardly grown but my mandible is downgrown and I also lack chin projection like this guy. so what could fix this? can just jaw angle implants and chin implants fix this or should I go with ccw trimax?

depends on your physiology. correcting habits and thumbpulling or wtv would naturally fix improper development. for some you might need ortho treatment or even surgery. maybe talking to a few orthos would help.
