You are right, but the feeling of having implants in your face is not so nice i think but idk. When xou explain it to me like thta than yeah you right
Good implants are almost imperceptible, and it's no different that orthognatic jaw surgery, you're fundamentally changing your body unnaturally. Truth is, you either do a full jaw surgery (very expensive, high risk) or you accept implants as the reasonable option.

These are jaw angle implants, they go in your gonions can both modify your gonial angle and lengthen your ramus. The reason why I'd choose these over jaw surgery is because:
  1. Jaw surgery is expensive as fuck.
  2. It won't do much about your ramus length.
  3. Jaw surgery is painful as fuck and has a...
Implants are shit
"Implants are shit because some dude on .org said so!!!" bro implants are a standard procedure endorsed by virtually every plastic surgeon, just like anything they have their upsides and downsides, but the alternative here is to pay 100k to break your mandible and maxilla and realign that shit. You tell me which one you're picking.

  3. Jaw surgery is painful as fuck and has a very long recovery.
  4. Jaw surgery is more risky than implants, if something goes wrong in jaw surgery you're pretty much fucked. With implants, they can be removed if anything goes wrong, and there's more modification possible, if years down the line you feel they're too much you can take them out and have them reduced right there in the operating room or swapped for different ones.
Jaw surgery is great for a very particular subset of people, however it is not a smart option for things like this. The return-on-investment is not there.
