Fix Nose

My nose looks very assymatrical and idk if its just the glasses but it looks a bit big like it gets this V-shape toward the tip. Do you guys have any idea what to do? And would hydrocortisone cream work for me? Or can only rhino safe me?

Accutane kind of slimmes the nose but it’s not that noticeable.

Idk but I heard that it just thins the skin out and makes it weak, but I’ve never used it myself.
