How can i fix my oblong face it's not that brutal but yea i lack bizygomatic width and my neck body posture is too brutal will fixing that too contribute fixing it?

You can't "fix" a face shape, that's basically just your bones. The general recommendation is to pick a hairstyle that adds width to the face to try and balance it out.

But the hair solution is just illusion, it isn't actually fixing the issue, if you'd actually want to fix it for good then get fillers or zygomatic implants.

Also, how lean are you? If you hold a lot of facial fat, then that's just going to worsen your case. Your neck posture will not alter your face shape in any way.

I have a middle part and I'm near to 17-20% bf and yes i have acne and I'm bloated too

Solution for? Oblong face is NOT a failo. Do not confuse it with long midface. You can have oblong face with normal compact midface.
