if you have an overbite and arnt perma jutting 24/7 your missing out, i’ve been doing it for about a month and it’s basically my resting jaw position now, completely fixed my brutal overbite, lowkey hurts for like a week but then it js goes away, no your not going to get tmj

i’ve already spoke to my dentist and ortho about it and they pretty much said it’s not bad enough to get anything done for free, so this is all i can do until i have the money for a fix

yes but it gets deprwssing having to do it for years like i have because sometimes u just want apermanent fix and my chin is still a bit recessed while jutting so it sux aswell

I have my lower teeth like a centimeter in front of my front teeth and it usually rests there. Idek what tmj is but overbite is horrific
