Has anyone tried doing upper eyelid exercises like just moving them up and down to strengthen the muscle so that way your upper eyelid goes back to the height it was originally at. It looks like it's possible to voluntarily move them a few mm.

I’ve heard a lot about it and lots of people swear on them, can you link some?

Not sure exactly what you're talking about I just notice that I can move my upper eyelids a little when looking in the mirror.

i doubt it would work, ptosis is caused by a dysfunction with the muscle holding up your eyelids and not the muscle becoming any weaker, if ptosis was caused by the muscle being weaker though you probably could fix it with upper eyelid excersises but unfortunately it isnt

my eyelids can lift 10lbs

Eyelid tape
