I was born with a pursed mouth which makes my side profile look really dumb. I'm considering extracting my back teeth (wisdom teeth or molars) and retracting the teeth to improve the side profile.
However, I've heard that this kind of ortho can reduce facial support, leading to more wrinkles, a longer philtrum, and an overall aged/sunken look over time.
What should I do? Should I go for the extraction retraction or just accept my current side profile? Any experiences or advice?
