Hi, I'm stuck with my jaw. I've been trying for a long time to improve my recession, chin tucks, thumb pulling, mouth tape, nasal breathing, and improving my posture, although I still have anterior pelvic tilt. I have good maxillary projection, but I can't seem to improve my jaw. Is there anything else I can do?
