Fix red cheeks/rosacea (help)

Can anyone help how to fix rosacea/ red cheeks. I only have it in the cheek area, not around the nose. I'm unsure whether it is mainly from/during puberty or a lifelong effect. For anyone wondering, I have tried CC cream and it has done a good job of covering it, whereas now, I am just trying to get rid of it completely, not mask it,

Azelaic acid will get rid of the redness. You'll always have rosacea, but as long as you use skincare products that lessen redness, it won't flare or really appear
