Fix short nose without surgery?

It may be just the facial bloat,but my nose is too damn short in my option,and I heard somewhere in the forum that you can fix a short nose without surgery.
What is the secret?

In theory hgh could work, but that would just lengthen your midface so I do NOT recommend
