Fix to close set eyes?

is there a way to slightly fix close set eyes?
even by a few mm, maybe with pushing the maxilla forward or something i can get a few mm of ipd, even 2 mm would be enough. Is there another way to softmax?

I know there is box osteotomy (which is obviously not feasible), and maybe canthoplasty could help?

i have about 30 mm icd, and a pfl of 32-33 mm, so my eyes are slightly close set
(ipd and esr are normal, 65 mm and around 0.45)

u need Hair for the outside of the eyes like Parted hair that covers the side of ur head and it won't look so bad. and make sure ur eyelashes are on point

nothing else u can do to change it tho mewing can work for some forward growth ( a tiny bity more than normal results ) but that wont make ur eyes better

u need Hair for the outside of the eyes like Parted hair that covers the side of ur head and it won't look so bad. and make sure ur eyelashes are on point

nothing else u can do to change it tho mewing can work for some forward growth ( a tiny bity more than normal results ) but that wont make ur eyes better

yeah i already know how to fraud, but isn’t there a way to actually fix them? For example, if someone is bloated, it can look like eyes are more close set. Or, a big nose could make them more close set.
Or, since i have low icd but normal ipd, maybe canthoplasty? or even increasing fat around my eyes for icd to be slightly bigger?
