fix to laziness

Im so fucking lazy, I have no motivation to do anything besides game and maybe swim. I wanna be more dedicated to stuff and do more stuff but im just so lazy I cant muster up enough energy to do said things. I try to study but I get so bored and end up just playing video games or something. Also im hella lazy to go to the gym too which is horrible. Im not overweight or anything but I just have no gains. How do I fix my laziness and become more motivated
