Fix under eye discolouration? + colouring ascension

blurred my chud eyes out cos my infras are cooked , anyone know good ways to fix discolouration caused by recessed infras , seen people talk about azeilic acid cysteamine cream but not commonly talked about . Plus any tips appreciated .
