Supraorbital notch:
This notch is labeled the supraorbital foramen, the supraorbital artery sits in the notch

Supraorbital artery:
This artery sits in the supraorbital notch, injectors use a cannula around this area instead of a needle in order to increase safety

How doctors perform upper eyelid injections

Step 1:
These doctors disinfect the site with alcohol pads

Step 2:
locate the orbital notch with their fingers and mark it in order to avoid it with a needle and use a cannula instead. Something like this below
1778357257560

Step 3:
They inject a needle on the rim down to the Supraperiosteal and space the injections half an inch apart. They inject as much filler as needed in the area.
1778357257566

Step 4:
They create a pilot hole and insert a cannula around the cannula areas and fill up the location as demand of their eye. Blue is the pilot hole and green is the cannula and the area they should be filling up. I would recommend a 25 g cannula and higher in order to stay safe of puncturing an artery.

Sayori’s thoughts on this procedure:
It's really easy to do yourself as long as you know your basic anatomy, have some filler experience, good advice, and liporase on hand. I will be performing this procedure this summer after my lateral canthoplasty that I'm getting this summer heals.

Note:
I'm keeping this short and all the info is off the top of my head since I overslept today. I cant even read.

Good video of procedure:

Is blindness a risk?

Isn’t fat grafting better or is this better?

Migration? Idk since I did tear trough filler I decided to only use filler at lower third just in case. I second the guy that said fat grafting better roi

get fat grafting AND filler :aheago:

What kind of filler do u use for this

This is one of the highest risk areas to inject.
Stop recommending people DIY filler because they're too poor to do it themselves.
How about you make money.

Jfl, not that high risk or hard to do, stop fallin into fear mongering

The risk for blindness is low, and even if u cause a vascular occlusion, it's not an emergency

Jfl and fear mongering ngas

Jfl at u, as you don't know whether one will follow this or not:lul:

Just making baseless assumptions, also ur insta wrong as I will be following my own guide

Get the fuck out of my thread if you aren't going to add real value to it

Yeah but guess what I wrote:

You can follow your own 'guide' irrespective of if the org thread exists son.
Just saying random shit atp, filler DIYers are just too poor to go to a professional. There's legit no other incentive.

Not everyone has the current tools to ascend, this is a cheap and fast boost to ur looks

Like I said before, I got my money up, I just like doing my own filler

Also, this was more of an introduction and less of a guide, even tho it works as one. The thread has value to it as it introduces ngas to a cheap alternative to a fat graft.

Just because ur to pussy to do ur own filler doesn't mean u gotta go hate on it, especially since ur uneducated in the topic

dnring ur future reply's ur a waste of time

This is interesting, but extremely dangerous. There needs to be more precautions. Doing DIY eye procedures is retarded. 1 mistake, and you loss your vision. Let an expert do it. The only reason not to let an expert do it is finances, and at that point you should wait until you can afford it. If you still trust yourself to DIY, then I'd ask you to consider your experience with DIY in the past, and assess whether your susceptible to mistakes, because you have to be immaculate about the process. Eye area is the worst DIY area. If you have minimal amount of upper eyelid exposure, and your just subtly improving it, don't do it. If you lack deep set eyes, I'll also recommend don't do this, cause you'll make yourself look asian. You'll notice in these procedures, the results still have a decent amount of uee, So this isn't going to ascend you crazily.

Realistically this procedure is only good for older people who actually have substantial amounts of volume loss. Maybe 1 retard could do it diy and fortunately have a good result, where they over fill, without blinding themselves, but that's pretty high risk I'd say. be careful.

Or genetic missing volume like me.
I wouldn’t be risking blindness DIYing to save £600 every two years. It’s nothing in looksmaxxing game.

I think it’s definitely worth a try before jumping all the way to fat grafting.

fat grafting is like 3k maybe 5k all in including 3-5 bouts with lady boys when you go to rattinan. I think their most expensive package includes 1 lady boy so honestly its worth it

Sure, but no injector is gonna do this area, it’s pretty much DIY only (at least in Aus) - hence why I’ve gone to the lengths of 2x bouts of fat grafting + anchoring my eyelid fold lower on my eyelid + superior orbital retaining ligament release.
I would still consider doing some DIY PLLA filler in this area for minor touch ups now that once my severe swelling goes down, I should be almost at my goal.

Dr Joshua in London does this area, though it’s pricey at £625.
