Many people think that if they eat a lot of protein they will utilize most of it.
This is an overlooked mistake that I don’t hear very often.

What actually matters is how you digest your food.
More protein isn’t always better.

If you bloat or notice stomach discomfort after eating certain foods it means that your stomach can’t properly digest it.

You need to find foods that are easy to digest for you.

When your digestion is good you will utilize most micro and macro nutrients including protein which means better everything; energy, recovery, gym performance and so on.

DNR just eat lots of meat and vegetables
 
True. I remember watching a “what I eat in a day” video by a Mr Olympia guy, maybe it was Nick Walker. But he does a bunch of digestion stuff and takes digestive enzymes with his meals. Eating pre and probiotic foods are important
