Alright friends, I’m going to explain the method that worked for me. First, you need to know that you can't naturally correct an overbite after the age of 13. I had a bite issue—and I still do—but it’s completely unnoticeable now. Here’s what I did: for 3–4 months, I held my jaw forward, aligning it with my two front teeth. It made my face look like I had a "long midface," so I stopped holding it that far forward. I noticed that my jaw was staying in that position naturally, even without me trying, so I shifted it back slightly to avoid the long-midface look. I positioned it so my back teeth were slightly apart—a natural resting position—while still being able to practice mewing. I still have an overbite, but it doesn't show at all. Basically, you need to train your jaw to adapt to this; find the right position based on your own teeth. This isn't expert advice—just a thread I wrote casually. I used a translation tool, so please excuse any errors.
