Do i need a marpe or other orthopedic surgery or just braces
Class 2 elastics is key. If its too recessed, herbst appliance mogs.

Marpe isnt useful. Self ligating braces already widen palates, and palate expanders do not work on mandibles.

my ortho, also there arent any sutures that grow the mandible under mechanical pressure i believe
There is a suture for the mandible. That is why the mandible is 2 separate bones.

In people with mandibular hypoplasia, orthodontic distraction is literally the first method to fix this disorder
