I had made a thread awhile ago asking for the solution to hay fever/spring allergies that anyone has found. And ive finally found it.
The solution is to megadose Zyrtec/ceterizine at 3x (or more) the recommended dose (10mg). My eyes would constantly be itching, my throat would be sore as shit due to mucus dripping from the nasal area etc. it was unbearable. After taking 20/30mg daily of this supplement ive had no more issues. This isn’t really much of a looksmax. But you won’t have puffy stoner eyes in the spring anymore. Also I’m experiencing none of the sides of going way over the recommended dose.
