fixed my biggest falio, wide nose

from averaging 4.1cm 6 months ago to averaging 3.75cm now
just a few molecules away for my alar base to align perfectly with medial canthus
half of my accutane course is left and my nose is still kinda oily, so I hope I can tame it to 3.6cm
although ive counter balanced all psl increase by bulking 20 pounds, thankfully iois are same as before
now ill cut it all in 4 months and by then accutane course wud be over too
