Fixed my downward growth with trimax

Very happy for you bro. Lifefuel answers tbh
I'm in a similar boat as you with a longer face
I'd appreciate it if you could tell me the surgeon in Private Messages. Also I could rate your front there too
I'm one of the best raters on this site + most trusted, so feel free 🤙
Same bro I got longer face but it’s mainly due to ratios sadly, i don’t know what surgeries to get

mirin. it’s always interesting to see what a difference (esp in the downgrown) that fixing the lower third has on perceived overall facial depth. it seems with downswung jaws ones facial depth and lf2/3 area have an illusion of being shallower and following this downgrowth, but through bimax it’s lessened so much.

Thanks bro.

Yeah the advancement and rotation really does shift the visual bulk to be more ideal.

Labiomental fold looks off. Prolly needed more ccw and less genio advancement. But overall much improved

I agree, my occlusal angle was 6.5 degrees initially but moved to 9 to close the open bite. I reckon if that was maintained it would’ve been a better aesthetic result.

I got bracers off and it looks fine as I had mild lil incompetence with it.
