I’ve recently completed 9 months of invisalign to which my ortho said a fixed retainer on my bottom 6 teeth would be needed. I agreed at the time but have done some research now to see that it isn’t exactly ideal for facial development/ aesthetics
I can still call them and say no to it - i would ofc have the clear retainers id have to wear every night
i turned 18 about 1/2 a year ago, however i know facial development often accelerates with puberty. I did start puberty later than people my age, i started around 16 and still don’t think im fully finished yet as im still growing.
someone tell me if i should go thru or not with this
