change the ortho, I had the same case but I have 42mm and some stupid ortho said I should do braces jfll
just visit all the orthos of your city till you find someone who gives u marpe

I can't breath properly(probably due to septum deviation), I always sleep while breathing with my nose and wake up breathing through my mouth
I wanted to do bimax (not for aesthetic reasons) but he said no maxilofacial surgeon would do it since I'm not a severe case blablabla
