Fixes for long philtrrum?

I have a death tier long philtrum I think it's close to 17mm maybe even longer. I have a very full bottom lip but my upper lip could get filler, but I already get asked by girls if I did the Kylie Jenner lip challenge (brutal) so I don't think my lips is the main problem. I do have a short nose, so I wanted to know if filler on the middle of my nose to make it more downturned instead of a whovile upturned nose could help not only get rid of nostril showage, but also decrease the philtrum length. Would filler on the nose be the best option, or is there any rhino that could even make an upturned nose go downturned. Would be open to lip lift if I could find results on the forum of people who got it to see how bad the scar is and how much of an improvement it was. I'd preferably get double jaw surgery first, and then lip lift or the rhino/filler. Even with the surgery i won't be close to ideal chin to philtrum just cause if I aimed for that my lower third would be way too long and uncanny.

Growing a mustache is a quick way to cover it up,but upper lip surgery also helps.

I am mexican so I could grow it, but I'm only 19 and have a way too youthful look to even grow one, as well as being in college. Would not be like sommerhalder or crawford, who have some stubble and can get away with long philtrum. Not only that their mandible mogs mine.

you could try a goatee+mustache,it looks so much better than a simple mustache.
Also increases mexican halo if u want mexican girls

Yeah i'd have to make it very clean due to me trying to become an investment banker. My only chance might be a mexican girls, as a lot of white girls mog my 5'10 manlet self at uni

lol i have 17.5 mm now with botox lip flip (19.5 before) and it doesn't look as bad. gonna put in threads as soon as the botox expires bc it doesn't look like it's gonna last more than 2 more weeks (i did it 8 days ago too), which i expect better results from. though i also have a short nose so ideally i go from 19.5 --> 17.5 with threads then from 17.5 --> 15 mm with some sort columella augmentation, which i am still figuring out an alternative for instead of filler or graft.

idt 17 is that bad you prob just have a short chin

i did it at home. it costed me like $50 bucks with shipping (it wasn't botox, but another botulinum toxin called innotox) for 50 units. used 5 units for my session. so even if i get a month of results from each session, i could repeat it 10 times esp since innotox keeps its efficacy like 24-36 months in a fridge. i take preworkout and other vasodilators, which is why doesn't look like it'll last long for me, but typically it lasts 6-8 weeks anyway. but tbh even at it's peak i felt like my philtrum could've been a bit more curved and projected (tho i did get a lot of curvature hence the 2 mm decrease), which is why im gonna do threads that will hopefully last a year and give the same if not more reduction and curvature.

i just watch a fuck ton of youtube videos about it. here is something i wrote earlier this week https://looksmax.org/threads/if-you-have-a-long-flat-philtrum-try-botox.1681804 basically you inject 4 spots, preferably the middle two closer to the cupids bow peaks. tbh not planning on posting results because it feels like its fading/about to start fading and i got no good before pics/any pics of the peak but i can tell u the top pic i posted in that thread is what u can expect. they say its a superficial injection but i bled while injecting the two middle points but injected more superficially by accident for the outer points and they barely moved, so u gotta do more research, but it's hard to mess up unless you go giga deep.

Sounds really good. Does your mouth feel any different or tighter? My final concern would be me looking like I'm forcing duck lips since the philtrum would be curvier and I think my upper lip would be looking more plumped. Duck Lips look > long philtrum anyways though. I think I read with a lip lift your mouth would feel like it's always open.

you can grow a mustache, if u can’t try some supplements, upper lip filler kinda expensive tho, nose filler also expensive. you can also plump you lip up which might help a little bit (click checkmark for my great advice i deserve a solution)

its a very natural look for me because i had a flat philtrum, but it should be a natural look in general. you only get duck lips from migrated filler or if you inject a lot of botox for the lip flip ig

I got the same problem i have big lips and a long philtrum,for now i jade it with a mustache but i would like a real fix my upper to lower lip is ideal 1.6 so and i don't know if making by upper lip bigger would make me look gay ,

i will get trimax to fix my chin and lower jaw recession but i will likely get arround 5 degrees of ccw rotation so i don't know if it would be able to fix my philtrum by making it more upturned.

Also i've considered lip lift but i'm worried that it could make me look like a faggot.
But maybe i can get a lip lift and after lip reduction,idk if it would be a good idea oe if the lip reduction would counter the effect of the lip lift.To make the philtrum shorter and lip like before.

Also when i smile without really forcing my upper lip hide a part of my upper teeths,so maybe i'm a good lip lift candidate.

Also depends on how much of lip proportions is worth saceificing for how much philtrum m shortening .

Let me know if you have another idea to suggest.

Well after I did some more asking around Botox is not a good long way to fix it long term.

I’ve also seen everybody on this forum hating on lip lifts saying the scar is not worth it and half the time you won’t look good unless you had paper thin lips causing the long philtrum.

The only fixes I’ve come up with is trying to make both the bottom lip and upper lip bigger even tho it does sorta give you a more feminine / gay look I’ve never seen any girls complain about a guy having big lips, but you’ll def have a guy say u have dsls or some shit

The increase in lip size can add to the curve of your philtrum which I believe is the best option as a long flat philtrum is a lot more than a long curved one

Mustache is still by far the best cope or stubblemaxxing but I just can’t do it right now I have too much of a youth looking face.
