Fixes for retruded maxilla

Apart from le fort 3, what can be done to fix this condition. Can lefort 1 and implants do functionally the same result? And does facepulling work?

No it doesn't work, get lefort 3 or just LDAR.

Lefort1+Implant will not give you Lefort3 results like but close to, is the best u can expect

for example Lefort 3 can give you hunter eye with the whole under orbital advancement
I dont think implant can mimic at 100% this
